Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the writer of numerous popular American cooking books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network, which began in 2002. Ina began writing policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. In the beginning, she found her work as stimulating intellectually, but eventually lost interest and bought a small food specialty store named Barefoot Contessa. It took her 18 years to make the business extremely profitable before selling it off and grabbing a pen to begin writing her first book. The cookbooks were followed by many more and magazine columns which were added. Her Food Network TV show also made its debut which was an enormous success. Also, Ina sells products that range from food items to storage containers and tools. Ina was never to any cooking academy and has never worked in restaurants. Ina is completely self-taught. Ina is known for her relaxed way of cooking and entertaining. Her best-known recipes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars and Mac and Cheese.
