Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox is a Scottish born singer. Her birth date was 24 December 1954 in Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox played piano, flute as well as harpsichord in the Royal Academy of Music London for a period of three years during the 1970s. The budget of her was augmented by the stipend of a student which she earned while working part-time to earn a living. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents did not match those of the Royal Academy classmates. So she began thinking about other paths she could take. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four tracks that she improvised for piano, which Lennox has released in May 2019. The E.P. The album is also a companion to her Now, I let it go... art installation that was on display at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. The first album she released as an independent artist.
