Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid's mother is Chinese and was raised as a Chinese in Vietnam. Winston Barrett Munn comes from the American South. Olivia was only 2 when her parents divorced. Her family consisted of her stepfather as well as her mother who was also a United States Air Force member. Although the family was spread throughout the world, her principal residence was Tokyo, Japan. In the years that followed she was a part of a number of local theater productions and later became a model for the Japanese fashion industry. Olivia moved back to Los Angeles after the family's return back to America. United States. She pursued her ambition of becoming an actor. After a few small roles in TV series with Hawaii lense (such such as Beyond the Break), she was cast in the show Mily Acuna, and was offered the job of Rob Schneider's receptionist in Big Stan. She hosts G4's podcasts "The Daily Nut" and "Formula D". It is her favorite pastime, and she practices it since the TV series Beyond the Break (2006). She also holds Black Belt in Taekwondo. When she was two years old her mother remarried but this time to an officer from the US Air Force. The family has moved many times but she spent most of her childhood in Tokyo Japan because that is where her father was stationed. In the University of Oklahoma is where she pursued her journalism studies, along with minors in Japanese Drama, dramatic and arts.
